Creating a Series

Series is the most narrative-focused content genre on Caffy.

You will design:

• World and setting

• Main characters

• Episode structure (Opening / Phase / Ending)

A Series is not a branching game, but a directed interactive novel.

Studio - Series Studio is where you will create your Series.

Series Studio has 3 tabs:

• Set your Series title

• Write a short description / hook

• Upload a cover image (horizontal)

• Add episodes and write the plot outline and key beats

• Upload a cover image (vertical)

• Define Phase progression and Endings 

• Create your own cast 

• Set each character’s name, description, and secret

• (Import function isn't available yet)

Each Episode consists of:

• Opening

  • Introduces the starting situation.

  • The AI follows the tone, style, and direction set here.

• Phase

  • The core interactive segment.

  • Context: briefly explain what happens in the phase

  • Forbidden actions: list anything that should NOT happen

  • Triggers for progression: must be short and specific.

    • Think WHO does WHAT.

    • If it's too specific, users can't find the trigger.

    • If it's too vague, AI can't find the trigger. 

• Ending

  • Triggered when conditions are met.

  • Tip: Ending on a cliffhanger makes users eager to continue.

Give clear direction to the AI and characters on how to play out the episode.

You can define:

• Character behavior

• Narrative tone

• Forbidden actions

• Story progression rules

Think of it as a script and performance guide for the AI narrator and NPCs.

Enable "R+" for content with mature themes, suggestive content, or sensitive material.
